Back at work and not into it. Rain sucks, I just hate it, sorry. It just won't go away. I'm worn out from the LA weekend. I had a great time though. I drove up Friday night and we just chilled out and slept in on Saturday. We got breakfast at this trendy spot and it was super good. We next headed to Amoeba records and I picked up a few things used, like this and this. The Lips DVD has an amazing trailer of their movie that has been delayed almost as much as the new GnR record. I did pretty good, I had almost $100 worth of stuff to get, and I cut it down to just 2 purchases. After that we went to Melrose ave and looked around. Later that night we went to the Mates of States show. The opening band, Aqueduct, ended their set with this classic cover, and Mates ended their show by doing These Days by Nico. Tracey and I tried to look for a new car again yesterday but no dice. I watched the NBA allstar game last night and we watched a few AD on DVD since it wasn't on TV. Next event to look forward to is Pinback show this weekend.
