More Than A Porpoise, More Than A Man, A Manimal

I want a Porpoise who will laugh for no one else

I had an interview this morning with a bank software development company. I met with two nice ladies and things went pretty solid. I can never really tell though with interviews, unless you totally blow it, or they offer you the job on the spot, you can never really tell if they liked you or not. Now comes the waiting part, which I hate. They at least told me that they were early in the interview process and that it would be at least two weeks until they make their decision. I have to say, I don’t like interviews, but it keeps me on my toes. Hopefully I’ll get the job based on my height, which, according to my current manager, is a determining factor in why people get hired. She said that tall people are statistically more successful. I have no idea how she acquired that info, but if it gets me the job, fine with me.

For the third Wednesday in a row, Tracey and I plan to hit the farmers market tonight for dinner and a fresh look at the freaks of OB. I just found out that Phantom Planet is playing a free festival in SD in two weeks. I picked up the new NFG cd yesterday and I like it. Enjoy the rest of your hump day.
