I have to work a lot this weekend to make up for going back to BG for Jeb’s wedding next week. I’m doing that so I don’t have to use vacation time. One week from today I will be back in BG, eating some DQ. Tuesday I picked up the new Saves the Day and MxPx. Both are pretty good, but not great. Maybe with time they will get better, they have potential. I also bought some tickets to see Rooney in a couple of weeks with Tracey (I’ll pick that CD up for ya Mare). Tracey had a kind of rough day at work yesterday, so I took her out last night for some new clothes, dinner and we saw Matchstick Men. She only got a new scarf from the Gap, dinner at Uno’s (with bad service), but we enjoyed the movie. It was predictable what was going to happen in the end (at least to me, but I won’t spoil it for anyone who might see it), but the acting was strong overall, I’d give it a B. It’s good to see that guy who was on MacGyver is still getting work. Tomorrow, Lost in Translation opens in SD, and we really want to see that. I watched Ground Hog Day the other night on TV, I love Bill Murry, and I liked him before Rushmore, although that was definitely one of his best performances, along with Quick Change and Caddy Shack. I think I’ll sneak out early today and play some bball, even though I’m sore from lifting. Michele, I have no idea was song those words are from, I just stole that quote from some guys posting on a message board. Those were some funny Sector 9 stories Lars, I’m into it. Did I mention I get to ride in a limo for Jeb’s wedding? Way cool. We’ll have to see if the Indians can get over on Lima time tonight. And the Stros need to sack up. I’m out, and Jeb and Jay, try to stay out of women’s bathrooms if you can? And don’t forget, tomorrow is Talk Like a Pirate Day, so don’t let me down.

If we come in here to this place and we raise our hands and we raise our voices but we don't stretch these hands out when we leave this place to feed the hungry and clothe the naked and fight for the poor and for the oppressed, then what you and I have done is worshipped a singer or a song, but not a God.

Crow: So, anyway, guys, who did they think this movie would appeal to? Elderly squirrels?

Tom Servo: People without heads?

Mike Nelson: Used napkins?

Here ends another day, during which I have had eyes, ears, hands and the great world around me. Tomorrow begins another day. Why am I allowed two?

Lord let it rain on me
Let it all come down
I got a little knowledge Lord
I'm about ready now

ughh, it’s Monday, and I’m tired. But more importantly, do you think Ben really dumped JLo? It means so much to my life to know what Bennifer is up to. Did they break up, is the wedding still on? I need to know now!! Who gives a crap about that crap, I hate all that, leave me alone. We just had a 9/11 anniversary, American icons passed away, we are still losing troops in Iraq, N. Korea wants to nuke us, but all I am surrounded by is Ben and JLo crap, what a stupid country. I digress.

I am very tired and sore today. We had our beach BBQ on Saturday, and I surfed and swam and was in the sun all day, literally from sun up to sun down. I spent all of yesterday (save for a pathetic run to watch the Browns be stupid) in bed, sleeping or watching tv. So today I feel a little better, but not much. Sorry if I was out of it Mary when you called. We rented the Recruit, but never watched it. I watched Sports Center like ten times and then Gone in 60 seconds, it was on, so I watched it. On Saturday I was almost destroyed by a surfer coming right for me, I ducked out of the way just in time, he was not happy with me, oh well. I bought the new Spiritualized cd, and it’s pretty good. El Brundage got me into Junior/Senior, which some type of dance/rock thing, hard to explain. And I’m sad I missed his appearance at Jeb’s bachelor party. I’ll be watching the Giants tonight. And good job Astros extending their lead. Did I mention the Browns suck? Man, I just feel like giving up on the whole season already. Is it already time for Couch to come back? Just a pathetic day all around. Ok, back to work, or sleep.
