More Than A Porpoise, More Than A Man, A Manimal

I want a Porpoise who will laugh for no one else

Just got back from the beach and I got fried. I got up early (8am) and went surfing, the waves were not that great, but it was good to be in the water. Then I went home, got cleaned up a bit, got some Subway and some beverages and went back to the beach for the afternoon. I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing, cause next week I'll be working again and thinking about how great a day this was and be sad. Maybe I'm better off sitting inside watching tv, easing back into things, whatever. Last night we watched American Splendor and loved it. It would definitely be on my top ten list of movies of last year, great movie. Tracey also made some great tacos then I watched Gonzaga win. I bought my plane ticket for Larson's wedding. I'm coming back on that Thursday before, but I have to fly into Detroit, no Toledo flights. I know this is boring, but tell Ben Genson he is boring.

A day of beach. Today was perfect. Slept in, went to the beach for a gorgeous day. No clouds, sunny, got a little tan going, awsome. It was a great weekend. Starting with Friday, I found out that I will officially be starting my new job on March 15, strong. Then my friend Rob showed up around 1pm, we went to Hodads for lunch, then got a Hef at a local watering hole, walked around a bit, came back to pick up Tracey and heading downtown SD for the night. We met up with some friends and hung out, then got some dinner and had a good time for the most part. Saturday I took Rob to PB to check out the scene, then he headed home, I played some basketball in OB, then we went over to our friends place for some homemade pizza and played some games and laughed a lot. We ended the weekend by watching the Sopranos. We packed in a lot of stuff, it was nice to be busy like that on a weekend for once. So this week is my last week of freedom, so I gotta fill it up. Gotta surf, play some more ball during the day, play as much guitar as I can and relax as best I can. I'll let you know how it's going.
