Here is the set list from last night's Prayer Chain show that I did not go to:
sky high
grylliade
58
chalk
dig dug
crawl
worm
mercury
grin
never enough

Man, they opend with Sky High, one of my alltime fav songs of all time, I suck for missing it. Some guy online said there were like 40 people there, 40? That's pathetic and sad. Ryan called me at work and made me happy. I talked with Lars a bit last night. And where is my Dad? I'm going to see 28 Days Later tomorrow, and not CA3. Early next week we should know about the wall issue with our new townhome and find out if we will continue the buying process or not. I have a special evening planned for Tracey and I tonight, since she will be gone for two weeks, I hope she likes it.

Bad news on Prayer Chain concert going. Our meeting with our real estate agent went too late tonight so we could not make it up for the show, and they play again tomorrow night in LA but we might have another meeting with our agent, plus I do not want to drive up to LA on a Friday night, that would be death folks. So once again I am super bummed on missing a concert. I'll leave it at that, although I want to complain some more.

As for our home inspection, it went well for the most part. The only issue right now is a wall stain in the master bedroom. The inspector tested it for moisture and the wall got a high reading. Therefore, the wall is going to have to be cut opened and tested for mold and to hopefully find out where the leak is coming from. This sucks because we have to wait for all of this to happen before we can actually feel like it's our place. If there is a mold problem, then we will most likely back out of this property, which will be sad. We have given it over to God, if there is a major problem, then we know the place is not meant for us, if not, then it's ours! It just stinks cause we could have actually started packing tonight if we wanted to if there was no wall problem. We will keep you informed.

Mike, glad you liked Telephone Lines, you should check out "I Hate Mondays" by the Boomtown Rats, a similiar type of song, very cool. Man, I'm still bummed on Prayer Chain.
Hello, it's been awhile. Blogger has been down for a day so I havn't been able to post, and I have been really sick for the past 4 days, so I have not been in a real bloggin mood. The big news is that Tracey and I found a townhouse that we are in the process of buying. We are so excited and stoked. I call it a townhouse because it's two stories and seems more like a home (like the townhouse we lived in in Springfield) and not a condo which is more like an apartment. Anyway, this place has everything we wanted and more! Here is a quick list of the great features: Two stories, 1 car garage, all appliances included (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer), vaulted ceilings and a sky light, a small porch off the top floor, a full deck off the ground floor that includes a private jacuzzi!, a wine rack, fire place and many other cool things. We love this place. Today we have the home inspection of the place and as long as that goes well, we will be in escrow for a month, then the place will be ours. We are very happy about this and can't wait to move in. This new place is less than a mile from the beach and is actually in the Ocean Beach zip code, so we now live in OB intead of Point Loma, so that's cool. We live less than a mile from the ocean, that's definitely cool. We will take some pictures today with our digital camera and try to post them.

All last week we had Ryan and Michele here and we had good fun, it was sad to see them go. It always seems like they just live with us normally, like they should year round, so it's sad when they leave. Michele was pretty pregnant and I got to hear Hannah's heart beat, very neat. Ryan and I were able to get to Hemingway's twice, so that was a bonus. On Saturday we went surfing up in La Jolla. And when I say we, I mean Ryan and I. Ryan actually charged out there without a wetsuit and had a goodtime. I'm proud of him for going for it. I on the other hand got worked over big time. I was out there for about 20 minutes, not having much luck, when 3 4-5 footers crashed on me in a row and wiped me out. I swallowed a ton of sea water (which probobly helped me get sick) and drained all my energy, so I paddled back in to shore defeated and humbled once again by the ocean.

Tracey leaves Saturday for Cincinatti and I will be sad. She will be gone for two weeks. I joined a fitness club through my work called 24 hour Fitness, so I'll use a lot of the time when Tracey is gone to start getting pumped up and huge. I'm glad Tracey gets to spend all that time with her family, but I will miss her. Hey Justin, Brundage said he is going to try to come out August 19-22, so talk to him and see what you can do. Those dates are in the middle of that week, so not sure how that would work. Did you rent Narc yet? I want to see what you think of it. I'll probably also rent Dark Blue when Tracey's gone. Sorry softball sucks. I wonder how Mary and Thick are doing? The other day Tracey and I watched Billy Maddison on tv, and that scene where Billy calls Steve Bushemi and apologizes, and after they hang up, Bushemi crosses out Billy's name from a list of people to kill, then he puts lipstick on and this amazing song comes on, kinda sounds like a 50's song, but I've always wanted to know what that song was, so the other day I spent two hours looking for it online and finally got a breakthrough, it was an ELO song called Telephone Lines, so I downloaded it from Kazaa and have been overplaying it a lot, so good, ear candy. Just thought I would share that. I'll maybe post again tonight and let you all know how the home inspection went.
